ADVANCED PUSH-HANDS AND
INTERMEDIATE BAGUA CIRCLE WALKING
with Dr. John Painter

Friday evening–Sunday
PUSH-HANDS (Friday Evening): Dr. Painter will present the fixed and moving step push-hands games of the Daoqiquan system. These are applicable to any style of martial art. Although this is a continuation of material presented at his November seminar, no prior knowledge is required to attend this class. Beginners are welcome!
BAGUA (Saturday and Sunday): Taking up where he left off in November, Dr. Painter will teach the next stage of the Jiulong Curriculum:
- Review of Single Palm Change Circle walking.
- Inside turn and outside single palm Heaven turns.
- Five Circle Heaven Palm Circle Walking.
- Correct method of falling and rolling to prevent injury in street combat.
- Heaven Palm Qinna Release methods and Basic Arm Lock Takedowns from Heaven Palm.
- Basic Two Dragons at Play Push Hand Game.
Dr. John Painter of Dallas TX, is head of the Jiulong Baguazhang System, a certified law enforcement defensive tactics instructor, and former publisher of Internal Arts Magazine. Dr. Painter is an internationally renowned martial artist, author, member of Inside Kung-Fu's Hall of Fame, and a dynamic and inspiring teacher.

Fee: Cost per person: $180 for the weekend, or $55 for Fri
