• Studied Yang Taijiquan & Qigong 1981-1985.
• Studied acupressure/acupuncture, 1984-1986 at the Bio-Balance Institute.
• Studied Chen style with Dr. Jay Dunbar of the Magic Tortoise School, 1984-1988.
• Studied with Liu Su 1987-1989. Wu & Chen Taijiquan and Qigong.
• Taught Taijiquan 1986-1990 in Greensboro NC and Maryland.
• Studied at the Traditional Acupuncture Institute, Columbia MD, 1988-1990.
• Studied Hua Shan & Taoist Qigong 1988-1990 with Nianzu Li.
• Practice Classical acupuncture/herbs in Greensboro since 1990.
• Studied further with Magic Tortoise, Lao Ma and Dr. Jay, 1990-95:
• Chen Taijiquan, Wudang Taijiquan and Wudang Jian (sword).
• Taught Hua Shan Qigong 1992-1995
• Have studied with several Qigong Masters. Recently:
  Master TK Shih 1992-present. Certified as "Qi Healer"
  Master Fu, Wei Zhong 1997-present.
  Became Emei Linji Zong disciple and certified as Emei Linji practitioner.
  Master Yong Zhou, Greensboro NC, 1995-present.
